1Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use AccaBet. If gambling or betting is restricted to a higher age in your jurisdiction, you must meet the applicable local age requirement.
2Informational and analytical service
AccaBet provides football data, predictions, probabilities, generated selections and accumulator-building tools for informational and entertainment purposes. AccaBet does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee that any prediction, selection or Acca will win.
3No guarantee of accuracy
Football events are uncertain. Statistics, probabilities, selections, fixture information, live information and result data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. A displayed probability is an estimate and must never be interpreted as a guarantee of an outcome.
4Betting decisions
Any decision to place a bet is made independently by the user with a third-party betting operator. AccaBet is not responsible for stakes, deposits, withdrawals, bookmaker rules, account restrictions, betting limits, void bets, bookmaker settlement decisions or financial losses.
5Responsible gambling
Users should gamble only where legally permitted and should never bet money they cannot afford to lose. AccaBet must not be treated as a guaranteed source of income or as a method to recover losses. Users should use responsible-gambling controls provided by licensed operators and appropriate support organisations where needed.
6Generated Accas
Generated Accas are produced according to selected filters, available football data and AccaBet analysis rules. Generated selections may change when source data, fixtures, match status or availability changes. A fixture that has already started must not be intentionally included as a newly generated selection.
7Selection and match results
AccaBet may determine that an individual selection is WIN or LOST before the match reaches full time when the outcome of that selected market has become mathematically irreversible. This does not mean that the football match itself has finished. Other selections in the same Acca may remain live or unresolved. Final match information may subsequently be used to confirm settlement, and a result may remain unresolved where reliable information is unavailable.
8Subscriptions and free trials
AccaBet may be offered through a recurring subscription purchased through Google Play. Where a free trial is offered, its duration, eligibility and the price charged after the trial will be displayed before purchase. Unless cancelled before the end of an applicable trial or current billing period, a subscription may automatically renew and the applicable charge may be made through the user's Google Play payment method. The price, billing period and any introductory offer shown in Google Play at the time of purchase apply. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Google Play. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9Third-party information and services
AccaBet may rely on third-party football-data, infrastructure, notification, payment and platform services. AccaBet cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of third-party information and is not responsible for outages or errors originating from external providers to the extent permitted by law.
10Acceptable use
You must not misuse AccaBet, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its services, bypass technical restrictions, make abusive automated requests, extract protected data in an abusive manner, distribute malicious software or use the service for unlawful purposes.
11Intellectual property
The AccaBet name, application design, original software, analysis logic, branding and original application content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party football names, logos, competition marks and data remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
12Availability and changes
Features may be added, modified, limited or removed as AccaBet develops. Maintenance, data-provider limitations, technical faults or other circumstances may temporarily make some features unavailable.
13Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, AccaBet is not responsible for betting losses, decisions based on predictions, delayed or inaccurate sports data, third-party service failures or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
14Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, prevent security risks or enforce these Terms.
15Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, business model, legal requirements or application features change. Material changes may be communicated through the application or another appropriate channel. The effective date shown in these Terms identifies the current revision.
16Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
