Privacy Policy
1Information stored on your device
AccaBet may store application preferences and user-created data locally on your device. This can include odds format, notification preferences, privacy settings, saved Acca tickets, selected markets, generated selections and cached match or selection results. Local application data remains on the device unless a feature specifically requires communication with an AccaBet service.
2Service and technical data
When the application communicates with AccaBet services, standard technical information may be processed, including IP address, request metadata, application requests and information needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service. AccaBet may also use an installation identifier and related security information where required to provide notification features and protect the service against abuse.
3Football and fixture data
AccaBet obtains and processes football information required to provide its features. This may include fixtures, leagues, teams, match status, scores, statistics, team logos, markets and other football-related information used to generate or evaluate selections.
4Global statistics
AccaBet uses aggregated application-wide performance information from its prediction engine to calculate Global Stats. These statistics measure the performance of generated Main Picks across markets, probability ranges, leagues and other analytical categories. Global Stats are based on the performance of the AccaBet engine and are separate from a user's saved Accas and My Stats.
5Notifications
If result notifications are enabled, AccaBet may process saved matches and selections to determine whether a selection or Acca is won, lost or unresolved. A selection result may be identified before full time when the selected market has become mathematically irreversible. For example, an Over selection may be marked WIN once the required number of goals has already been scored. The underlying match can remain live until its normal completion. AccaBet provides result-based notifications and is not designed to provide goal, minute-by-minute or live-score alert notifications.
6How information is used
Information is used where necessary to provide AccaBet features, remember preferences, save and evaluate Accas, deliver requested result notifications, calculate performance statistics, maintain reliability, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and protect the service.
7Service providers
AccaBet does not sell personal information. AccaBet may use third-party infrastructure, football-data and platform services where necessary to operate the application. These services may process limited technical information required to deliver their functions. AccaBet currently uses Railway for backend infrastructure, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push-notification delivery, Google services associated with Android distribution and application operation, and external football-data services used to provide football information.
8Data retention
Locally saved Acca history is retained on the device as part of the user performance history. AccaBet does not currently provide an in-app option to delete individual saved Accas or clear the complete Acca history. Local data may be removed by clearing application storage, uninstalling the application or through operating-system data management. Server-side operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant feature, security, reliability or legal requirement.
9Your controls
You can control result notifications, notification sound, vibration and available privacy or statistics preferences from Settings. Android system settings may also be used to control application permissions and notifications. Where applicable, subscription controls are provided through Google Play.
10Children
AccaBet is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed to children and AccaBet does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
11Security
AccaBet uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect application data, service access and communications. No electronic storage, internet service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when AccaBet features, infrastructure, service providers or legal requirements change. Material changes may be communicated through the application or another appropriate channel. The effective date shown in this policy identifies the current revision.
